1 packet Dollee Assam Laksa 200g
2 cans Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
1 packet T/Twenty Rice Noodles Penang Laksa 400g
Prep Time: 20 mins / Cook Time: 10 mins / Serves: 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 packet Dollee Assam Laksa Paste
2 cans of Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
1 packet of T/Twenty Rice Noodles Penang Laksa 400g
1 can of pineapple chunk
1 cucumber, peel off the skin, thinly sliced into strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1000ml water
A handful of mint leaves
Prawn paste (optional)
Calamansi lime (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of hot water and blanch the noodles. Then rinse it under cold water and strain. Place one serving of noodles into a bowl.
- Heat a pot of water and add 1 packet of Dollee Assam Laksa Paste and 2 cans of Sardines, bring it to boil.
- Pour the hot broth with sardines over the noodles.
- Garnish with the cucumbers, pineapples, mint leaves, and onion.
- Serve immediately. Best taste with a spoonful of prawn paste and calamansi lime.
- Enjoy!
